Bali, Indonesia, is not only known for its beautiful beaches and colourful fruit bowls, but also for its peaceful paddy fields and luscious forests. We had backpacked our way to the Ubud area, one of Bali's most well known treasures where we explored the Sacred Monkey Forest and Goah Gajah, also known as the Elephant Cave, a beautiful structure built in the 9th century that served as a sanctuary. For us, Bali was the perfect place for relaxation, meditation, a warm and welcoming atmosphere, and most importantly for finding inner peace.
